Philip Mahone: Philip graduated from Western Albemarle and then George Mason University. He was the #1 tennis player and captain of both the Western Albemarle team and George Mason team. Philip started playing golf after he graduated college and has won 4 City Championships. He is now one of the top senior amateur golfers in the country, making it to the round of 32 in the 2021 United States Senior Amateur and making the cut at the 2022 British Senior Amateur. Philip is married to Penny Palumbo, who he met at Henley Middle School, and they have 3 children, Alex, Drew, and Emma. Philip has been in the mortgage business for almost 40 years and is an owner of Mahone Mortgage.

Tom Mahone: Tom graduated from Albemarle High School and then Longwood University. Tom is a dedicated marathon runner, having run the New York Marathon, Richmond Marathon, and Charlottesville Marathon. Most notably, Tom has won the 2020 and 2021 Mahone Family Fantasy Football League! Tom is married to Alice Clay, who he met at Longwood, and they have 1 son, Steve. Tom has been in the mortgage business for over 40 years and is an owner of Mahone Mortgage.

Alex Mahone: Alex was born and raised in Charlottesville and graduated from Tandem High School and James Madison University. After graduating from James Madison, he worked for Americorps in Northern Virginia before joining the Peace Corps, where he served in Zambia, Africa for 2 years. Following the Peace Corps, he worked for the International Rescue Committee in Charlottesville for 3 years before starting with Mahone Mortgage in August of 2021. Alex is married to Maria Osorio, who he met in the Peace Corps, and they have a two-year-old son, Benny.

Kim Casteen: Kim is a native of Charlottesville and has been a mortgage loan officer in this area for 38 years. Kim graduated from Western Albemarle High School and then Piedmont Virginia Community College. Kim enjoys playing tennis, pickle ball, and reading. Kim and her husband Bobby have two children. Nicole is special needs and attends The Arc Day Program in Charlottesville and Josh lives in Jackson Hole, WY.

Jeff Sharff:  Jeff was born and raised in Henrico County, Virginia.  He attended J.R Tucker High School and then graduated from The College of William and Mary where he was a member of the Wrestling team.  Jeff met his wife, Tami while living in Breckinridge, CO. and they have 3 girls, Julia, Alex and Livi.  Jeff has been with Mahone Mortgage since its inception in 2008.
